Moru Kachiyathu
Curd 2.5 cup
Coconut 1.5 tablespoon
Fenugreek
Mustard 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Red chillies 2 nos
Curry leaves
Small onions 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Salt
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and fenugreek. When mustard seeds starts to splutter, add curry leaves, cumin seeds, red chillies. Then add cut small onions to saute till golden fry. After switching off the stove, add turmeric powder, salt and beaten curd. Again heat it keeping it in stove.
